It has 20mm inch wide black silicone Straps, that are 2/3mm thick, attached to 3/4 inch rings, and incorporate a double roller locking reversible use buckle and a keeper. Which has a fixed in place four inch long black satin finish medical grade silicone penis/ball which is Firm but slightly pliable in the mouth.
Can be worn with the ball inserted in the mouth with the penis end facing outward, or reversed with the penis in the mouth and locked in place.
This is a very comfortable gag to use, and a great deep-throating training type gag, making it a very versatile item to have in any toy bag.
